INGREDIENTS: This tea contains the following Organically Grown Herbs:
Red Raspberry, Partridgeberry, Shepherd s Purse, Spikenard Root, Nettle,
Comfrey, Alfalfa, Blessed Thistle, Peach, Peppermint.

  Suggested use: Approximately one teaspoon per cup. Steep for thirty minutes,
  strain, add lemon and honey as desired. Drink 4 cups a day before meals
  and at bedtime.
