These chips are actually blue in color because many years ago the founder
of Garden of Eatin bought an entire crop of blue corn (an ancient tradition
of the Hopi and Zuni tribes) and thought it would make a great tortilla
chip. He was right! Their taste and crunchiness is what makes them so
popular.

Garden of Eatin uses only the highest quality organic ingredients. That s
what makes Garden of Eatin snacks so tasty. The oils used are from seeds
which are crushed mechanically in a press. The best filtered water is
used – clean, clear, & fresh.

INGREDIENTS: Organically grown blue corn cooked in filtered water with
a trace of lime, organically grown sesame seeds, expeller-pressed high
oleic safflower and or sunflower oil, and sea salt.
